Thursday July 20th (& 27th) 
Jim’s Jam Night at The Old Sun 79 West Lane, Haworth. BD22 8EL. A proper jam session for voices and all types of acoustic instruments (and sensibly amplified electric instruments) celebrating simple three and four chord songs.  Bring your favourites to share with a scratch band of infinite possibilities. All genres of music. 8 to 11pm

Friday, July 21st  
Don’t be shy,  give your talents an airing at the Open Mic Night at Cobbles & Clay 70 Main Street, Haworth. BD22 8DP.
Come with instrument in hand, or just rock up in full voice; soloists, duos, troubadours of varied descriptions who want to contribute to a cracking good night, all are welcome, as well as those who are happy to look on and take it all in.   The evening starts at 7:30pm & is hosted by Andy Wood.

Saturday, July 22nd 
All the way from Nashville Tennessee, Paul Pfau American vocalist and former contestant onThe Voice USA will perform live on the bandstand, Haworth Central Park, at 2pm; Paul will be supported by a number of local musicians yet to be confirmed. (Keep a look out on social media for details.) Why not pack a picnic and spend the whole afternoon in the park?
Later that day, you can hear Paul Pfau again, but in a more intimate setting located at the top of Haworth Main Street, at The Black Bull where he will be giving a second performance from 9pm.

Back by popular demand, laugh your socks off with comedian Patrick Monaghan 7:45pm at the Old School Room, Church Street, Haworth.  Tickets £8  From Hawksbys Gallery or Cobbles & Clay,  both located on Haworth Main Street.  Tickets also available on the door.  This is Patrick’s Rewind Selecta 90s Tour.  Brace yourselves people!

Tuesday, July 25th 
Poetry Day
A lively & spirited Poetry Recital hosted by Catherine Payton at The Old Sun Hotel, 79 West Lane, Haworth. BD22 8EL.  Enjoy a light lunch followed by a raffle and bingo.  12:00pm noon,  Tickets on the door only £3.

Tuesday, July 25th 
Open Mic Poetry  Speak out in true Haworth Festival fashion, and because our village and the surrounding area is awash with creative literary talent:  let your voice be heard.  You may also bring your work and ask for others to read it out.  Whether you speak out or listen up, it is sure to be a super night.  Starts at 7:30pm at Cobbles & Clay, 70 Main Street, Haworth,  BD22 8DP.
No experience necessary.  All welcome.

Gather your friends, create a team, or join others for The Black Bull Pub Quiz
(The Black Bull is located at the top on Haworth Main Street, you can’t miss it.)  Starts promptly at 9pm & only £1 per person includes a light supper.

Jane Sedgwick’s Heart Trail Run Meet 7pm at The Guide Inn, Keighley Rd, Hainworth, Cullingworth, Keighley BD21 5QP for a 5(ish) mile off road, hilly, muddy, but most importantly, social run.  The route will be adorned with tiny ceramic hearts.  This year Jane has decided to glitter the hearts in loving memory of former Haworth resident, Ellen Scott.  There is no charge for the event, but any donations will go to Heads Together for Mind

Jim, the Landlord, has supported local talent & live music since his arrival in Haworth several years ago.  Plug in and play or step up to the mic and have a go…all welcome.  Live music From 8pm.

Friday July 28th 
DJ Open Deck Night.
Fancy having a go on the decks or turntable? Step up and spin your favourite tunes! There will be 20-30 minute themed slots available.  Email the Haworth Festival with your theme to book your slot: committee@haworthfestival.org. uk (CD or Vinyl).   Expect Northern Soul, Salsa, Rock &. Roll, in fact, everything from Abba to Zappa! Participate, listen, dance, & get your groove on at Haworth Cricket Club West Lane Haworth BD22 8EN from 7:30pm. Bar available.

Sunday July 30th 
Family Fun Day in the Park Music, arts & crafts,  plus a children’s music jam session.  Bring a picnic and enjoy the day. Gather from 1pm in Haworth Central Park.
